So far I have been impressed by the distance gained from using the XLS, previously I owned the XL model and I have discovered a notable increase of between 10 yards by just using the new model. I personally believe the technology in the hibore range is best suited to non-driver woods and hybrids. Bottom line is that it is the best performing club I could find right now and I'll trade feel for performance any day of the week.
