ITEGNO MODEM DRIVER

Hope someone can help as i'm new to VB and i have to revert back to the itegno modem for use for my project at the end of the day. But I don't understand is that why do I need to remove the sequence structure? Click Update Driver to update the drivers for this device. Any specific commands to use for the modem that I use?
